In May 2025, I very suddenly began experiencing significant lower back pain, severely limiting my mobility to the point that could not stand up straight. I'd visited Dr. Val in the past, always having a positive experience, so I booked with her again in the hopes she could help me. With just 2 adjustments, I was able to stand up straight again and with 2x weekly adjustments for a few weeks along with an anti-inflammatory prescription from my doctor, I regained my mobility and reduced my lower back pain. My spine specialist advised me to continue chiropractic care and I have continued seeing Dr. Val 1x week ever since. She tailors each session based on my need and is always friendly and professional. I love how easy it is to schedule appointments and appreciate the front desk staff and cleanliness of the office as well. We LOVE Dr. Val!! She's very professional and passionate about chiropractic care. What is special about Dr. Val is that she is a great doctor for EVERYONE in the family. She helped my fiancé with his lower back issues and she took care of my dog and cat! How cool!? A doctor who treats the entire family!?!? It was amazing to see their lives change. My 10 year old lab has a hard time with his hips. After a few adjustments, he could be found sleeping on every couch & bed in sight! It felt so good to see him happy again!
